Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Abington

I went to Patient First in Abington and the customer service was excellent, starting with the receptionist and then moving to triage where Jaleil took my vitals.The attending Physician was Cheyenne A.Tedesco, and she was amazing. My experience was great they were all professional, pleasant and compassionate. I did not have to wait long and the place was nice neat and clean . I've always had a positive experience at this facility. The entire staff is friendly and pleasant. I'm generally in and out within an hour. The young lady who treated me today was so pleasant. She made the process quick and painless and was fantastic!

As a first time patient at this facility I was totally pleased with the entire experience. Being over two hours away from my personal physician with no way to see him, the ability to be cared for and treated was fantastic. The staff from reception, triage and treatment were all courteous and competent. Not wishing bad about myself but if I had the need for urgent care again I would not hesitate to return.

The front desk is extremely rude. This might not be the job for her, I guess checking 2 patients in back to back was too much. From the moment I sat down her body language and tone, was like I'm bothering her. Even though she's getting paid to be here, and willingly came to work. I asked why patient first needed to know who my employer was and she said "You've never been here before. I'm asking you the questions that they told me to ask. You don’t have to answer if you don’t want to. I'm not asking you anything because I don't care. You don't have to be here." Her attitude was so nasty.

Highly recommend Patient First in Abington. The Staff are very friendly, the wait time to be taken through to a room was short. Logan, who took my vitals was friendly and had a great bed side manner, then Cheyenne the PA was friendly, efficient and very helpful, kind and caring. Sent my prescriptions to CVS immediately and answered all my questions. 10/10
