Paterson Community Health Center

My experience at this location was exceptional and that’s a big thanks to Supervisor Maxwell💜. She checked me in, helped me apply for coverage, set my appointments at a closer location to my home and made sure I was set before I left. If it was not for her compassion, initiative, consideration, overall knowledge and experience I would not have been able to get my daughter registered for school in a timely manner. Mrs. Maxwell thank you for everything that you’ve done to help me it’s greatly appreciated, you are truly a gem and again love your office color as well💜🤗

As of last year there's been a total makeover. The new staff members are making sure that the needs of the patients are being met.with courtesy, respect and comprehension.

Came in 12.11.19 around noon. Was told staff was at lunch by a staff/nurse. Waited until 2pm to be told that I wouldn't be seen. Gave me a package to take home and fill it out. Something that should've been done by the staff. Come in next day only to be told that I won't be seen until Saturday. Someone in the background shouted " Have him come back on Saturday if he wants. I wanna go home" That's the kind of professionalism at this ghetto clinic.

I called them early in the morning about 9 o’clock. You have to call them a certain time and they answer so she answered and she said to come in the register . She talked Pleasant to me. It wasn’t no problem. You have to call them probably early in the morning cause sometimes they be busy.

Appointment was scheduled for 11am for a simple physical. Told me to come at 10am for registration. It’s 2pm and still haven’t seen the doctor and she just went to lunch fml. So make sure you have nothing to do for the day if you ever schedule here. No issues with they staff though they seem nice
