Pasteur Medical North Miami Beach

Terrible. I called for my mom to get a medication which is important and when you call you get an automated machine that states an agent will be right with you. Guess what?! No one takes your call and then they request for you to leave a message and still No one calls you back! Terrible!!!!

So annoyed right now. If my mother wasn't happy with her PCP. I would remove her from that faculty. I am currently at a Cardiology appt with her waiting for a referral that should have been completed. I called and the referral person did not have it. She sent it over almost 35 mins later. And when I started to call the woman Lily kept hanging up the phone. UNACCEPTABLE.. I know she knew who was calling because she transferred me to referral. Whose voicemail is full. REALLY... now we had all these patients go in and we had to wait because Pasteur can't get their stuff straight..

This clinic is conducting some serious negligence when it comes to transporting their elderly from and to their homes of residence. It is extremely insensitive for a diabetic patient to be returned back to their home at 5 pm when the patient was picked up at 9 am. Both the drivers and the staff needs to be more organized and ensure that prompt service is provided so all patients can return to their home at an appropriate time.

They park their vehicles literally bloking the sidewalk. Talked to the drivers and the managment and they didn't do anythins...we need to star calling 911 because soon there will be an accident.

6:03 and still waiting for response on patient pick up while im typing this review. Plus mom's on other phone waiting (patient age75) 🙄 now it's been 9mnis on my end. Two phones on hold just to get a driver to take mom's @ N.M.B. Pasteur.
