Pasteur Medical Center

Super long wait, the bathroom in the lobby was horrible. We arrived at 9:15am and the restrooms haven't been cleaned since I don't know when. It smelled and I know I saw the janitorial staff go in several times, but kept it as is. GROSS. My mother is a patient here. I recommend that, if you have a loved one going to appointments, clinics, Dr's office or hospitals that you go as to be an advocate or at the very least a witness. Do better, Pasteur. The cleanliness of your facility shows how much you care or in this case, how much you don't.

Very bad service. They need to work on their scheduling of patient and find location for procedure near patients. This is my moms 3rd attempt for an open MRI. We drove 23 miles for an MRI in coral gables when their are hospitals near our home in homestead. Then we get here and they dont have the prescription from the doctor. Very upset waiting in the lobby. My mom is fasting since last night and her appt was for 9:40am and its 10:40am still waiting meanwhile she has anemia. This place is a joke. Unfortunately my mom already started with them and trying to find out whats up with her is crucial. But i am at the point of pulling her out and finding a better place and taking her to the hospital she cant continue dealing with a pain that we dont know what is causing it. Really hard to get someone on the phone and when they do answer and I request where a specialist appointments for a family member is. They don't seem to know, they tell you they will call you back with the answer , I called then at noon today, it is 4:30 pm still waiting, and appt is for Monday not even transportation to confirm her pick up. They used to have excellent service, but within a year everything except her primary Dr. has deteriorated. It is not the first time. I can't convince my mother to change her clinic because of her primary Dr, but if things continue she will have no other choice. She's not getting the care she needs.

At times enjoyable to share time with other patients. Fun time at dominoes table when kept under control by clinic administration. A littltle overwhelming at lunchtime, because of amount of people who show up. Difficulty with fax showing up to diagnostic places from clinic made things frustrating. Until I finally left for another health plan after trying to work things out with administration and benefit consultants. Pastuer and health Sun.

I have the worst experience with the pharmacist they dont care for patients they make changes with out taking care of patients needs my husband was with no medication for a week of blood pressure they didnt care the answered was you need to wait very bad service . not professional ethics.
