Read my review below. “Save your time and go elsewhere. My daughter has been a patient for a few years and every single time we arrive to our apt, you’re waiting so long. Today for example, I had to rearrange my work schedule to rush to bring my daughter to her apt. I arrived 10 mins prior to my apt since I was advised I was the last appt and didn’t want to cause a hold up, only to wait an hour in the waiting room. I asked the receptionist how much longer and was told “sorry, all parents wanted a physical”. Not sure wh

For years Dr. Clemente was my children pediatric doctor. She handled different issues with my son and daughter. She was the UNIQUE doctor that discover an immune system situation in my daughter and was very avocated to find the best specialist and threatment.

This clinic is an absolute joke. The staff couldn’t even be bothered to greet us or acknowledge our presence. No “hello,” no smile, nothing just complete rudeness and indifference. It felt like they didn’t want to be there and certainly didn’t care about the people walking in. To make matters worse, the place looks filthy and completely neglected. The waiting area is dirty, outdated, and unattended, which is unacceptable for any medical facility. If they can’t even take care of their own clinic, how can anyone trust them to take care of patients? Save yourself the time and frustration — this place is unprofessional, unsanitary, and not worth stepping foot in.

I have now 6 years coming to this office, I am pregnant again and definitely will continue here. The doctors Clemente and Liseth are amazing, very experienced and they take their time with the visit to understand your concerns. The med assistants Mickey and Omoni are the best, they make the difference at working with kids, which makes you feel special. They literally have a wall with the kids drawings. Dr. Clemente has been my family's pediatrician for almost 30 years to my 5 children. My last son is now 18, and our story with Doctor Clemente will not end with him because now my grandchildren are cared for by her. I have only had positive experiences with the majority of the staff over the last 30 years as people come and go. The current staff is young, upbeat, friendly, and knowledgeable, and makes my family comfortable communicating and interacting with them. (Mickey is the best!) My husband is not one to take care of medical appointments for the kids or grands, but even he is comfortable taking over for me if I just can't bring the kids. Dr. Clemente has a beautiful heart and cares greatly for her patients. She is willing to listen and assist with any concerns.She calls and follows u
