(PSH) Permanent Supportive Housing is hidden however located NEXT DOOR @ 501 Medical Dr. on Wednesday’s at 9:00am , wait in line & sign in if you or someone you are bringing is Chronically Homeless. Then & only then will it be one of the last Wednesday’s you or they experiences homeless. Spreading Gospel
Horrible service they will not send my order for my meds to my pharmacy and trying to take me off my meds and then put me back on them and nurse hardly answer the phone or give a call back
The doctors and nurses are easy to deal with but beware of the person answering the phones very rude
Always late calling back for appointments.
Great staff!!!! And Great place!!!!
