We are incredibly grateful to this animal hospital for the compassion and kindness they showed us during one of the hardest moments of our lives. With our regular veterinary office closed due to the snowstorm, they welcomed us without hesitation and treated our senior dog with such dignity and care. They made sure she was comfortable, explained everything with patience, and gave us all the time we needed to be with her before saying goodbye. The room they placed us in was warm, quiet, and comforting, which meant so much during such a heartbreaking moment. We never felt rushed, and every staff member showed genuine empathy. Partner Veterinary ER was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a vet setting. They truly saved my dog’s life when he was suddenly diagnosed with thrombocytopenia. They were fast acting, extremely educated, thoughtful and truly advocated for my dog, Blase. Because of them, Blase is doing much better and is able to be home with his family. They never left me feeling like I had unanswered questions and they were constantly calling me with updates and even allowed me to come in and visit with him at anytime. They were extremely accommodating and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to assist in Blase’s care. I would 10/10 recommend them for any emergency service. They seriously have the best team!

Partner Vet cared impeccably for my feline baby over the course of multiple visits, procedures, and stays. The staff is compassionate, knowledgeable, and top notch. The hospital has a comprehensive and integrated care team across every department from triage to testing to treatment. They provided transparent and thorough updates every step of the way. Sadly Kit Kat could not be healed but they helped us take care of him with comfort, dignity, and every available resource until the very end.

Luckily this the first time I've been in need of an ER vet - even though we've had our dog for over 7 years! Unluckily my dog needed emergent care on a Sunday morning and much like any vet care my pocketbook was terrified at the thought of emergency care but I was SO pleasantly surprised. For starters the facility was clean and the staff was so friendly. We were quickly taken back to triage where they assessed Oscar and as suspected he wasn't exactly top priority so we def had to wait around quite a while for his medication and discharge paperwork but when the time came for us to see the treatment plan complete with pricing I couldn't believe my eyes...THIS ER VET IS MORE AFFORDABLE THAN A TYPICAL VISIT TO MY NORMAL VET. The technician and front desk employee working 12/19/25 were incredibly kind and compassionate, they treated us like our pet was the only one there. I was very impressed with the short wait and I thought the prices were fair. I removed a star because It was hard to get updates about my cat during his overnight stay, and the vets didn’t seem to be communicating with each other either. However I understand they are very busy and their priority is my pet, not me. My cat was giving the treatment he needed and I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs an emergency vet.
