For 3 months I have been trying to get a referral for my son to get a tongue tie surgery done, and this office repeatedly drops the ball. Say they will call back, they dont. Say they will send the referral to book the procedure, they send nothing. Still haven't been able to get the procedure done and this office has been the least helpful that they can be

My first visit to this establishment was excellent. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The hygienist did a great job and was super friendly. I greatly appreciate their positive attitude in a world where that part of client experience is almost nonexistent. The doctor was great as well as she took the time to listen and explain the process and options. I could not be happier with my first experience. 5 stars all around.

Needed a quick visit for pain! Walked right in, had x-rays taken and doc consult quickly. They explained procedures and cost up front. Back to work in 45min! Pleasant and friendly staff! They’re making me a Queen—I’m getting a crown!

This dental practice does subpar work. In the 12-14 months I visited this practice they went through 3 general dentists without informing clients of the change in staff. Although the front desk employee, Javier, is nice the other employees are unhelpful. One seems to struggle to speak and understand English proficiently. Every root canal I’ve gotten done at this practice has failed within 1 year. The Endodontist referred to their most recent work as a “rush job” and “bad work”. Essentially, because of their “rush job” I had to pay double for work done on the same teeth. When I called the practice they took no accountability for any mistakes or subpar work they performed. Patients beware!

I had a fantastic experience at my recent dentist appointment! Bobby did a great job !!The cleaning was incredibly thorough, and I could really tell that care and attention were put into making sure everything was done right. What impressed me most was how comfortable and at ease I felt throughout the entire visit—something I don't usually say about going to the dentist! Friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend
