Parkway Animal Hospital

My mom (rest her soul) always used this vet. I did also because she did. This clinic is horrible. One-when I went to put down my Bella, the woman doc just laid Bella on the floor. She asked if I was ready and my mom said yes. I was not ready. We were out in the front she left the door open while my dog was laying on a piece of fabric. I told to shut the door and her foot got caught and they kept trying to close the door. I was hysterical seeing that. This place has different doctors always. My mom always paid monthly and probably spent $10,000 over there. Now my mom has passed . The doctor will not see my dog because I have to pay in full. He is a vet, for him to not see a dog to make sure she’s okay is not excusable by any means. I will never go here again. The staff are awesome. The doct

*This place is horrible I am very observed right now I had to put down my 15 year old chihuahua last Saturday mine you the girl that brought me back to the room gave her the name of the Creamation and phone number last Saturday I had a gut feeling I should of called the Creamation place my self on Monday today is Friday I just got a phone call from the cremation place wanting info I said wait park way is just calling you now she says yes mam two min ago I said omg I put my dog down last Saturday Creamation lady says omg I am so sorry that is so wrong of them thank god they are still able to cremate her, called park way and asked wth happen my dog was put down last Saturday why they just calling the cremation place now she says idk I just had a note on my desk to call the Creamation place t

Will NEVER go to anyone else. We have been clients of Parkway for several years. I would not trust anyone else to care for or board our fur babies Bella and Eloise. Our pups have always been treated like family when they have needed to see the doctor or board them as we travel so often. They are the most compassionate, dependable, professional, and reasonable clinics around.
