They were transparent and sat down to talk to me, showing me photos and X-rays so I could see exactly what needs to be done and why. Absolutely LOVE everyone in this office! The staff is always so friendly! I enjoy talking to them and sometimes would rather sit and talk than get my teeth cleaned! Dr. Melancon is great and will sit with you and address any of your concerns. I am really happy I have found them; my kids always have pleasant visits as well.
