Between waiting in the pick-up line, listening to pharmacy staff's excuses and trying to get CVS to work with my doctor, I have now wasted hours of my life trying to fill a single prescription. Seriously, I've been trying for a month. My doctor has sent this script multiple times. I've shown up to get it multiple times, and each time I'm told they never received it, they can't find it, they can't fill it without doctor's authorization (which they have). Just excuse after excuse. I truly don't know what the staff here is doing while they're at work, but it for sure isn't getting people the medications they need.
The staff at this CVS has always been friendly, curteous and very helpful.
Staff is great. However when you have a problem you can not call and talk to a person it is all automated even the doctors office can get in touch with the pharmacist. I will probably be looking again for a local pharmacy.
To slow and you have to call at least 2 days ahead of time they cannot do it when you in the store it takes over 2 hours don't go there very nice fishing enough to multitask
