I’ll start by saying Dr.Murphy is AWESOME! He is always upbeat and positive when I visit the office, I never have any issues with him. This would be an amazing office if he did not have support staff that lack professionalism and passion for their careers. You call the office and it doesn’t matter who answers the phone and they all sound like your interrupting them from doing something or they don’t want to be at work! I get it but don’t work in a customer service industry if you don’t want to properly do your job! I have had issues before with people and nasty attitudes when contacting the office before, but today was my last straw! I called to have a referral and xrays sent to my oral surgeon a week prior to my appointment and the support staff advised she’ll send everything before my ap

Very great front desk staff and great doctors

Lack of professionalism in the office, I walked in and was not greeted. The lady immediately looked at my baby in stroller and asked if someone was there to watch the baby. Stated infants were not allowed in the back. The baby was 2 months old and sleeping.

I like the dental services of Parkville Dental Associates. They are professional and have a friendly staff. I have been very satisfied with their Dentists ; and will continue to visit their Office for my Dental needs. Thank you, Ed Callender
