PM Pediatric Urgent Care

This location was highly professional and saved my daughter’s life.. I randomly chose this location due to the reviews ..soon as I got there, the wait was not long at all and the medical team treated my daughter, as if she was their own and doing what’s best for the patient .. they were not dismissive about her symptoms..I brought my daughter here for respiratory issues come to find out she was suffering an asthma attack with pneumonia and an ear infection. She was rushed to the hospital by ambulance and admitted.. she’s doing much better now, but I think the women at this facility for saving her life and being patient with this strong will child of mines ..

I love PM Pediatrics! My daughter has been treated there on several occasions for illnesses and mishaps, throughout her first seven years. We usually visit the Timonium location, but last night, it was closed (after 10pm), so we chose the Parkville location. The level of care was consistent! Top notch quality! They always show great care and concern for my family. Friendly, attentive, caring, fast! We are never there as long as we've waited in Patient First. I also love that they take x-rays onsite. It's always a positive experience.

The lady at the front desk was welcoming, the woman who took us back and got vitals was so kind to my child and she was very personable. Sorry I didn’t remember names. Dr. Lennox was AMAZING! She was thorough, knowledgeable and had comforting bedside manners. She went above and beyond to make sure we were treated properly and promptly. This was our second visit that was top notch. It settles a mom’s nerves to know there is a place like this to rely on when my kiddos are in need. You rock!

I had an amazing experience at PM Pediatrics! The process was simple and self explanatory. Although , they were short staffed the staff was polite and efficient. The Dr was also super friendly and had a calming aura. My daughter was relaxed and happy. She loved that the location had TVs in the patients room. She is 6 and told me this is the best hospital she’s been to lol. It was beautiful, clean and updated.

Fast and efficient appointment scheduling. The staff was so friendly and very accommodating. Also, I couldn’t even tell that other patients were in the treatment area. Each family is contained in their room until treatment. My appt was 3pm. I was Leaving there by 4pm with prescriptions already sent to the pharmacy.
