Joppa Road Pharmacy

After 12 years of going here we have had enough. We tried to stick it out because Neil is awesome but his worst half treats people and employees like crap. Complains about how busy he is aka as making a lot of money. Run away, not worth it.

So sad to get your kid out of the hospital and you need to pick up medications for him and your pharmacist spends the majority of your interaction complaining about how busy he is. I’m really sorry you’re making tons of money, but I’ve got bigger issues on my mind. He needs to rethink how he talks and treats his customers and employees.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. After spending months and months dealing with the frustrations of CVS and Walgreens, I finally made the decision to switch to this delight of a locally-owned pharmacy. My only regret is not doing it sooner. They actually answer the phone, most times after only a couple of rings! They always, always have your prescription ready, or they fill it within seconds of you arriving. It’s such a painless, easy experience each and every time. The pharmacists (especially the original owner) go out of their way to help you and make you feel like family. Wonderful pharmacy and couldn’t recommend more!

Best drugstore around! The owners are very nice. You don't have to wait in long lines like the big drugstores.

This is the BEST pharmacy I have ever done business with. The customer service is exemplary and nothing is too much trouble. You will always be greeted with a smile and a big Hello! Do yourself a favor and move all of your pharmacy needs here. There's never a hassle as with other chain pharmacies. It's like stepping back in time where the customer is treated with respect. I wish I could leave TEN stars!
