Parkside Post Acute and Rehabilitation Center

I had a really positive experience here. The environment felt clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The staff seemed attentive and professional, and it was clear they care about the comfort and well-being of the residents. Communication was smooth, and any questions were handled with patience and respect. It’s reassuring to see a team that works together to create a supportive space for recovery and care. Overall, I’d feel confident recommending this facility to others looking for post-acute or rehabilitation services.

The owner for this place has to do better than this. My dad is there and I tell u its very hard to get someone attention. The place is not clean majority of the time. 3 patient in one room and there is no space to sit with your love one. One bathroom for 6 patient to a room. I was disappointed to go in the bath and feases all over the toilet. I went to tell the staff and no sense of urgency. I sat with my dad for 1hr and no one came to clean the place. Some of these people do not care and it is very sad. They get up come to work clock in and clock out. They have to remember they will get there some day if they live to see, or they have love one he they cannot take care of and they have to go in a home. Life is too short and it is said to see the owner and supervisor not taking the initiat

When I was reading the reviews before I got here. I wasnt impressed. However, I would say judge them by your experience not anyone else's. Physical therapy A+! A lot of the CNA'S ARE VERY HELPFUL and knowledgeable. Ms. Barbara is a God send! Chaz has always been a great help as well always willing to make himself available to get my questions answered for me. If anyone needs therapy please come to Parkside. They completely turned my opinion of them around.

Having been here for the 2nd time, needless to say I was very satisfied with being here. Everyone whether or not they know me or knew me from my previous visit always smile when they see me. And that makes a difference. Not just the nurses but EVERYONE is nice and personable. Physical therapy is great as well. They are really understanding and really patient with me. The concierge has really made a difference and has great charisma. If I ever had a question about my cuisine the staff always made sure they answered any question I had. The social services staff has been essential in navigating me through this time as well. No one wants to be in this position honestly. However, if I were to be in this position again I wouldn't hesitate to come back here. Where I know I will be taken very good

I didn't know Parkside was here. My son told me about this facility. When we 1st arrived everyone greeted us with a smile. Physical therapy was phenomenal. Even knowing that the nurses have alot going on they still catered to my wife. I would most definitely recommend Parkside to anyone in need of skilled therapy.
