Parkridge Medical Center Emergency Room

The ER doctor, nurse, (Ashley with glasses and brown hair), and the intake/triage are all top tier. Wait time was non-existent! Hands down the best ER department you can go to. I will always choose ParkRidge Main! My experience was phenomenal. I cant remember the doctor's name, but I'm so blessed to have had her as my doctor. I cannot express it enough. Don't hesitate about going here. It's the best decision I made.

The staff on 3 East were superb as well as Food Services. They are very special people that felt like family. Any questions I had they did their best to answer, even researching the information. They all took very good care of me. Rielly Grayson was absolutely awesome. He is very knowledgeable, professional and has a great bedside manner. Durk was great as well. He even sang happy birthday to me and would do his best to answer my questions. The staff in ER were also very nice and helpful. All of the nurses and CNAs were just great and I really liked Dr. Love as well. She was always upbeat and informative. They a made my hospital stay as nice as possible. I highly recommend. I smile when I think of them.

My time in the ER was very good. They were extremely busy, but yet, were very attentive to my needs. If there was ever a place where you had to be away from home and get hospitalized, I am thankful Parkridge Medical Center was nearby.

My physician referred me to Park Ridge for an MRI. He said they would call me to set an appointment. They failed or refused to go so. Instead, I received a text message from an unidentified unlisted toll free number instructor me to call a local number. When I find, my call was answered by an unintelligible robotic voice. It was breaking up with silence between each syllable. It could not understand ANYTHING I said. After several minutes of time wasting non-communication it connected me to a female voice recording advising me my call would be answered in LESS than 5 minutes. 8 minutes later, a woman answered who appeared to have ZERO active listening training, ZERO customer service training, and ZERO problem resolution training. I received excellent care in the ER, i was taken back in less than 5 mins , i was admitted in less than 2 hrs. I highly recommend this ER.Once i was admitted to SICU i had great care and nurses. My favorite would be Andrew while in ICU, once i was moved to the 4th floor i had no issues with any of the staff. Absolutely loved DR Todd. This was my first experience, and will go back if i ever need too.
