My family and I love this place. Having 3 kids its always a concern with having to many appointments. Not here. They are always able to schedule them all at the same time. What used to take me days to get done we are able to get done in one morning! The staff is super friendly and helpful! They are always there to answer questions and listen to my many concerns. I would recommend this place time and time again.

This office was absolutely perfect! My son needed to be seen right away & they scheduled him the same day, unlike the other 3 dentist that I called 1st. As you can see in the pic, I was able to get the staff to show their lovely smiling faces. Thanks again for such a wonderful visit! Highly recommended 👌

Updated review July 2025: I’ve been a loyal patient here for 8 years, and I’m disgusted by how I was treated. After a temporary bridge, I developed severe jaw and ear pain a few days later. They adjusted my bite, but when the pain didn’t improve, they would not see me again due to lack of openings. Dr. Reuss claimed I didn’t have an infection without even examining me. Debbie at the desk showed some concern, but overall I was dismissed. They blamed teeth grinding like this level of pain is normal — it’s not. I’ve been living on ibuprofen for a week. The only person who took me seriously was Karen from their sister office. I’m done with this place once this is taken care of and would never recommend them. I could not have been happier with my first visit here! After moving to the area I needed a new office. The receptionist was extremely nice when I arrived. Kim, the dental hygienist who took me back to the room, was extremely friendly. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. She was very gentle during the X-rays and cleaning. I saw Dr. Jesudason, and when I explained the tooth pain I was having, she figured out the root cause quickly and immediately set up a treatment plan. She was also gentle, friendly and informative during the examination. Everything was exceptional and I'm so glad I found Parkesburg Family Dental!

I absolutely love going here. They ALL take care of any issues you have and they’re very welcoming. It’s nice for moms who may have to bring their kids, they have toys to keep the kiddos occupied while waiting. Very clean office and the ladies who book your appointment are very sweet too. I look forward to my next cleaning. The 1 star reviews are disappointing to see as anyone I know that goes here, has never had any bad experiences. 10/10 would recommend coming here!
