LG Health Physicians Family Medicine Parkesburg

I am a Proud Patient of Dr Kim Miller, if they had more physicians like her, I'd just have to schedule appointments, not schedule with a certain Doctors. She is as caring as they come! Her bedside manner is off the charts. I told my neighbors about her and I know 3 of them now go to LGH Pburg for all there medical needs. I've bragged about her so much, its getting a Lil bit harder to book with her, so I will probably NOT say more after this... I'm sorry, I just am not willing to give her up, ever.

Dr Cuneo and the staff here have been amazing since my journey began in April 2024. They’re very attentive and responsive to any/all concerns. As a new patient, I had to wait some time, but despite the long wait for my initial appointment, this has exceeded my medical journey experiences elsewhere. I’m so appreciative at the thoughtfulness and care they’ve provided me so far, and find it so valuable to have them also do a lot of things in house, under the same roof (bloodwork, imaging, etc). Highly recommend anyone interested reach out, be patient if you can-it’s worth it.

dr Cuneo is amazing but unfortunately this office has trouble getting things done in a timely manner and consistently delays my referrals, scripts and care. It’s super hard to get an appointment and I have had frequent issues with them not calling me back with answers to my questions and not answering the messages sent through the patient portal. It took weeks of calling regularly to get them to send the script to a specialist they referred me to see. And every time I called they told me they had submitted it but it was never received by the specialist. I had to go in person and request a paper copy of the script and had to wait for them to write it and print it for me while I was there even though it was supposedly written weeks prior.

Tried to schedule an appointment there for not an urgent matter 5 times, 4 times for myself and 1 time for my husband. Each time, I got the appointment 3-4 weeks later. I was always referred to their urgent care unit which charges $100 co-pay in stead of $15. I visited the urgent care once and guess who I have seen... Yes, the same primary care physician that did not have any appointments for the upcoming three weeks. I consider this a scam. I did not require same day appointment, not even next day. We could have waited 2-3 days, its OK I understand; but 3-4 WEEKS? Seriously? This is medical care? Medical facilities that leave their patient suffering for weeks because they schedule their medical personnel in facilities where they can make more money? AWFUL! Would not recommend this place t

I LOVE Dr. Lieb! I have complex medical problems, and I am an experienced and well-read RN. I have been seeing her for one year, and I must say she is the best primary care doctor I have ever met. I feel we work as a team. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly. I feel like I finally have a healthcare advocate. The nurses and office staff are great, too. You won't be disappointed!
