Parker Hearing Services - Concierge Audiology

I am extremely satisfied with the services I have received. This is true concierge service. Dr. Parker not only measured my hearing but asked in detail about the kinds of situations in which I was having problems and explained in detail the strengths and limitations of each of the hearing aid options allowing me to select what best suited my needs. He set up my aids for me, linked them to my phone, and has followed up by phone and visits to make sure they were functioning as expected. I have had them for over a month and due to his programming of the aids I have been able to wear them comfortably all day every day starting from day one.
