I was recommended by a longtime friend to see Dr. Pearson's to have some dental work done. The first thing I did was give the receptionist my Blue Cross Blue Sheild insurance card. Their website reads they take BCBS. After an assessment of my teeth Dr. Parson's determined I needed at least 3 visits. No one ever mentioned they don't accept my insurance. When I asked 2 different receptionists how much do I owe on at least 2 of those visits, they said wait for the insurance to go through first. All the while they don't accept the BCBS HMO plan. After $2,000 worth of dental work he sends me a bill. Needless to say, I was so taken back and so disappointed with that behavior. Have had some cosmetic but also tooth strengthening material put on my front teeth by Dr. Parson's and it is perfect. Subtle, strong and looks great! My husband also had a tooth repaired with the same material many years ago and it is still strong and unnoticeable! Dr Parsons has an artistic eye.

I was a patient of Dr. Parson's dad, and now of Brad's. He's a Scituate resident, born and brought up here! I highly recommend Dr. Parsons and his practice: extremely capable; reasonable rates; does what's needed and doesn't try to upsell services you don't need; I can always get in readily, even on short notice, when needed; every member of the staff I've interacted with is pleasant, knowledgable and fun. Dr. Parsons is a great dentist. He is thorough, talented and does not over charge or over prescribe treatments. My family and I have been going to him for over 30 years. I highly recommend him and have done so for my friends and neighbors who are also very satisfied.

I was on vacation in Scituate and my crown fell out. I called their office and they made time to see me. Great dentist and staff. I couldn't be happier.
