I waited on hold for over 15 minutes just to return a call. I was greeted rudely and not helped at all. If Celeste Crowley was not there I would never want to deal with them again.

Save yourself the hassle and don't go here. I was a patient here for several years, and it's impossible to actually get your annual. I booked for October '24 the year prior. Come October (a week before the appointment) , the NP needed to reschedule as she was going to be out on vacation. When I called back to reschedule, they couldn't see me until July of '25. After asking several times for an earlier appointment since they were the ones to reschedule me, I settled on mid- June (7 months after my annual was due). Come June, I get the automated text that my appointment was at 7:45 am. I get there at 7:35 (as everyone knows you should arrive early to your apt) and the doors don't even open until 7:50. At 7:50 I go in for my 7:45 appointment and they tell me they need to reschedule me. I leav

Just had my first appointment as a new patient. Pleasant, straight forward check in, didn't wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. The aide was very sweet and the NP was thorough and kind. They also have a phlebotomist on-site. So much more convenient than driving into Boston.

While I really like my doctor, and the receptionists seem kind and helpful, the rest of the staff is neither kind nor helpful. If you are only looking for a yearly physical, it's fine, but heaven help you if you have a problem and need to see someone right away (such as a painful UTI). I am missing my old doctor's office and wishing they hadn't moved so far away. This place is okay so long as you don't get sick. In addition, they never answer the phone, you press lots of buttons and wait on hold. When someone finally answers you are put on hold again, for a long time. Getting through to someone is difficult and frustrating. I think it would be worth driving over an hour to have my old doctor’s office back. These people just cannot be bothered and they will let you spend a few days in pain

called Fri. and told Dr. not in but her replacement would call back. waited 5 hrs and assured I would receive a call before close for weekend. Never got call. Never received call following Mon. This seems to be norm lately as it is harder to even get through on phone.Have only seen Doctor twice in three years as she is busy. Have seen very nice N.P. but they are also stretched for time.
