I have been seeing Dr. Jackness for over two years after many years with a different endocrinologist to treat a thyroid condition. Dr. Jackness is kind, patient and always punctual. He never looks at his watch and he always takes the necessary time to answer questions and explore all options. The nurses and the office staff are also incredibly pleasant and efficient.

Dr. Clifton Jackness is a thorough and compassionate endocrinologist who treats you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. The practice goes above and beyond in managing multiple medications and navigating the insurance process. Their advocacy and persistence truly set them apart. I am so grateful for their care.

I have never had such a disrespectful, terrible experience with a doctor. Jackness is much more interested in cashing people's checks than providing any semblance of patient care. STAY FAR FAR AWAY unless you feel like spending months trying to chase him down for test results that you've paid hundreds of dollars for. He does not see his patients as real people suffering from actual symptoms, just cash cows to be milked when he's ready for his next vacation. The office will tell you this has never happened and is 'so unlike him', but the other reviews talking about this unprofessional behavior clearly indicate otherwise. Dr. Jackness, Was incredibly kind and really worked hard to figure out what was happening with my daughter. He gave her his personal cell number and was extremely responsive to her questions. When we had to make a return visit he did not charge us. He also took the initiative to consult with her GP and another specialist on her behalf. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Sara Goodman

Dr.Jackness is an outstanding endocrinologist. His expertise is what sets him apart. I always feel heard, supported and truly cared for - in a way that no other doctor has made me feel. He has taken his time to understand what I’m going through so I now feel the best I’ve ever felt. The office staff is always so friendly and I never feel rushed through my appointments.
