I’ve been seeing Dr Alex Bell well over 15 years! He’s the best eye dr in NWA! Very thorough, detailed, and professional. Really nice guy! I love his staff too! It’s always a pleasant and fun experience when I go! Beautiful office in Rogers, they have one in Bentonville too! If you’re looking for great eye care, make an appt with Dr Alex Bell! This is my first time at Parenti-Morris and I am very expressed; happy to have this be my new eye doctor location. Upon entry I believe I was greeted by Alexis; she was a receptionist and helped me get everything I needed before my appointment. The eye tech I had was Sara; she’s exceptional! I had a great interaction with her. She’s personable, knows what she’s doing and polite. The I saw was Dr.Starkey. She’s great; has a awesome sense of humor, was friendly, knowledgeable, wanted to get insight on history of eyes to best assist me, and I liked how she asked if I wanted to see my eyes. The male assistant that worked with her was great as well. Upon leaving exam, Malia was the receptionist that helped me, she has a brightness about her and was kind. I appreciate so much going to Parenti-Morris Eyecare! They love seeing me, they do everything they can to keep my glasses in good condition even in between visits of I stop in with even small concerns! I had my first eye exam there and they each made it fun 😂. And were patient when I couldn’t stop blinking 🤦. He took the time to explain every step of my exam, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood my eye health and vision options. The office for me in the same day due to a cancellation so I was already happy but Dr. Bell was amazing. He listened to everything that I said and asked me follow up questions so that he could address my concerns. I really appreciate how he was able to explain things in normal terms but with detail. I feel like I have a much better understanding of my eye sight issues now and I plan to continue my vision care there going forward.
