Paradigm at Faith Memorial Nursing Home

Absolutely amazing place to send loved ones in need. I chose this place this facility to send my father-in-law to, after he experienced a medical incident that required more care then I could provide for him here at home. All staff was always communicative, as well as worked with me and helped me as far as any financial burdens. I sincerely cannot recommend this place enough if you need a nursing home. My father-in-law is back home now and discharge was quick and simple. He was very happy with his care and all the friends he made during his stay.

This is the worst place you could send your family. They don't care about their patients and neglect them severely. They overdosed my uncle and then tried to hold him hostage when we discharged him. Evil place full of people that only see human beings in need as a paycheck.

My husband was at Paradigm at Faith Memorial for about four months! He received good care while at this facility, even had some therapy, which I think helped him with his hand issues. Most of the staff there, especially Miss J. seems to be very sensitive to a patients needs. I never smelled any odor or saw any wrong doings! However, my husband spent way too much time in his room when he could be enjoying some fresh air outside if they only had some place for patients to enjoy the outside, without smoking! I only gave them four stars because there seems to be too much stealing of ones possessions going on there! I hope this helps someone out there!

Great facility! Staff is super sweet and it smells amazing when you walk in! 🤗
