My mother has been going to this dentist for some time. My first time meeting the dentist and staff was a couple days ago. The staff seemed nice, the place was busy. The dentist seemed dismissive. Needless to say my mom has heart surgery next week. She has to have a tooth that needs taken out and heal some before the surgery. As there can be high risk of infection. This was explained to the dentist. The hospital sent paperwork over and I had to let them know about the paperwork. I truly understand scheduling, I understand that she needs to stop the blood thinners etc. But if there is an emergency situation changes can be made. Dr. Papillon Dental Care services is amazing! We have been with this organization for more than 10 years and we get the VIP treatment each time we visit. The entire staff is professional, warm and friendly. They make us feel comfortable, they take time to explain the process and answers questions. Plus Dr. Papillon is funny!!! Cracks me and my family up every time and his interest in his patients' personal life shows how much he cares. He treats us like family!

I have had quite a bit of dental services over the years. The cost is expensive wherever you go. However the personnel at Papillon Dental truly help to ease that burden with inventive financing. Most importantly is the service. I have always been greeted warmly by the most pleasant front office staff as well as the entire dental team. They are quite knowledgeable and willing to work with your busy work schedule. They were recommended by a co-worker who was very pleased with the service provided to her family and I am very happy I did. I am very appreciative of Dr. Papillon's great personality which is always uplifting. I have been using their services for some time now with no pain with the exception of my wallet;-) Highly recommended.

I honestly consider Dr. Papillon a "Modern Day Dental Einstein"......He really knows and understands what it means to be a professional dentist. My Teeth were in a very bad shape to an extent where I didn't feel comfortable opening my mouth around anyone but Dr. Papillon gave me a whole new confident. Dr. Papillon gave me hope the very first day I walked into his practice. My teeth are now in excellent condition and his staff professionally worked with me with the cost aspect.
