AWFUL! USELESS PEOPLE THAT DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB.ESPECIALLY THAT OLD LADY IN THE FRONT DESK. WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS! DROVE ALL THE WAY OVER THERE, MY KIDS MISSED SCHOOL ALL FOR THEM TO TELL ME "OH SORRY WE DON'T TAKE YOUR INSURANCE". THERE'S SOMETHING CALLED A PHONE! CALL AND APOLOGIZE INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR US TO GET THERE AND TELL US NO!
