At first I was very pleased with there customer service skills and was impressed that they took me in ASAP when I called them only to find out if they accept my Medicaid . Until today I had an appointment today at 3pm and they change my schedule with out consulting with me I understand the doctor wouldn’t be in but the way she spoke to me & said I’m the owner of the office like if her power would calm me down once she spoke to me in a rudely way !!!! The way she spoke to me in a non human manner is NOT acceptable save your time & find yourself another dentist who will respect and y’all to you the way you deserve ! Customer service went from 100 to 0 !!!! I have zero problems changing my dentist and that’s what I’ll do !!!
