Wouldn’t send my family member here.. I had a loved one in this facility for about a month. Just gives a very unprofessional vibe. It looks good on tour, but when your loved one is laying in that bed and you have to harass nurses to do their job and reposition on time so they don’t get bed sores, and the way I watched my loved one oxygen drop multiple times and no one came was very scary but they’re “ monitoring at the desk “ They didn’t spend one night alone because we couldn’t trust them to take care of them. They have too many patients per staff. Physical therapy was trash. They barely did anything. The CNAs are lazy! Made us feel like we were being annoying for basic care. One of their staff members told me out their own mouth they wouldn’t have their family members in that place. Don’

My grandmother just left from there. The staff was amazing! She loved all of them. They were caring and she had the best care of anywhere she’s ever gone! They made her time there be the best it could be. She made friends with the nurses on the 2nd floor. We will never forget. Thank you so much for taking care of her while she recovered and built strength. Our family deeply appreciates this from the bottom of our hearts & your compassion and commitment did not go unnoticed. ❤️

The PAM center provides exceptional care to each and every one of their patients that are entrusted to their care. They make every patient feel comfortable and well cared for. They are people centered and they are dedicated to getting to know each and every individual’s preference needs and values. My experience with each, and every staff member is, they are truly engaged in the process of caring for their patients on a individual basis to meet their healthcare and social and emotional needs as they are inpatient. Their clinical knowledge has facilitated many to optimal level of health so they could resume their normal lives. I would like to thank the staff members of PAM for doing such an exceptional job within the community.

Awesome caring staff that helped my dad get through pulmonary/respiratory therapy, speech therapy, and helped him get medically stable so he could be transferred to acute spinal cord therapy. My dad was not able to do anything for himself because he is a quadriplegic, but they helped him and my family get through this difficult time and onto the next step of recovery. We were able to stay in the room with him at all times even spending the night. The staff also made sure we (the family staying with him) had anything we needed.

My experience with this long-term acute care hospital is nothing but exemplary! I have never experienced true dedication to patients and their family members. They focus on goals that are reachable. They challenge their patients and their family members for what's best. The staff are dedicated and always available. And the leadership for the nurses and the patients is committed to providing what is needed to get done what needs to get done. Mark Burrell, an excellent employee, is so helpful! He is the one who helps the families and patients by answering questions face to face! Such a personal touch makes all the difference. It is a difficult time and having someone to talk to face to face matters! Mark is one of the best people to represent the LifeCare facility in Rocky Mount NC!
