After calling nearly every pharmacy in Eastern North Carolina with no luck, we were finally able to get my wife’s pregnancy-supporting specialty medication filled at Ward’s Specialty Pharmacy in Rocky Mount. Even though compounding it same day wasn’t their typical procedure, the woman who helped us was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to make it happen—during a snowstorm, no less—when we had completely run out of options. Their compassion and dedication left a lasting impression on us. We live far away, but I would highly recommend Ward’s to anyone in need of truly exceptional service.
