The Doctors are great but the staff will gaslight you till you think you are crazy. Rescheduled appointments and virtual appointments not put in the system but they tell you dates and times. Don't go to the office manager for help, you won't get a call back, just dropped by the doctor. The doctors themselves I've seen have been great, just not the scheduling and communication.

Dr. Desai cares deeply for his patients well being. He is professional and extremely smart. If you want to get your diabetes under control, I highly recommend him. When I started seeing Dr. Desai my A1-C was 11.1 and now it is 6.3.

I had the opportunity for a 1st time visit with Dr. P. Gundhi on 12/2/2025. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge and genuine concern. His expertise was astounding. The information shared was helpful with what I am doing in alignment with improvements. His encouragement was very supportive. It was great to visit a Doctor with such bedside manners.

I'm very pleased with Boice Willis Clinic. The staff is very professional and courteous. Dr. Ghandi is an exceptional Doctor. He explains every thing to me. He answers every question i asked. He took his time with me. I appreciated that.

Having Laura as my provider has been quite satisfactory. I love the fact that she listened and explained things and was never in a rush. I hate to lose her but at the same time I wish her the best on her next journey. The good ones always leave.. May '26 would have been a yr.
