Palmyra Massage and Bodywork

Alyce is everything you want in a massage therapist. Made me feel extremely comfortable and tailored my session to what I needed/wanted. Helped me tremendously with SI pain. I’m 19 weeks pregnant as well.

I've never been comfortable with massages, but now I am. Alyce is extremely knowledgeable regarding physiology and provides excellent guidance to help the results of her bodywork stick with you. The first time I went to her, I had an acute episode of hip pain and muscle spasms in the groin muscle. I went from about a pain level 9 before she worked on me to no more spasms, with one session. Yes, the muscle which had been spasming was sore for a few days, but no more spasms and my hip was fixed.

My experience on Tuesday was great (pain relief). She reduced the pain areas on my body: feet, ankles, legs, neck, shoulder & back.

I really needed help - I had so much discomfort I couldn't move around readily. That's all changed now, thanks to Alyce!

Been going for a year or more and look forward to every visit. New clients should look into the regular visit plan.
