I work in healthcare so I would like to think I'm pretty knowledgeable about how to get things done like a simple prescription transferred to Express Scripts for Tricare so they can save money. However, it has been a two week nightmare and the patient at the age of 92 would never be able to navigate this. Thank God for Kelly she restored my hope in the ability of people to get things done. We have spent numerous conversations with Sentara internal Medicine and Tricare Express Scripts and today Kelly did the impossible. She in less than 10 minutes accomplished what I was starting to believe was the most impossible task. GO KELLY. Jefferson, good neighbor Pharmacy is the best Pharmacy within 50 miles of Charlottesville. Their personal service is unmatched. If you live within 10 miles they will even deliver your prescription. The people are sweet and nice when you call they actually answer the phone. Their customer service is unmatched and their prices are even better.

Staff and service is very good here. I writing this review because another reason. While I like dogs that dies not mean I like yours or want them in my face. While I was waiting for a prescription to be ready a lady came in with three large dogs unleashed. She just allowed them to run around the store until they were done. No one in the store seem to care that this was happening or concerned that what may cause to other people that may be here. I have several friends that are extremely allergic to animals and would have caused them problems it's one thing to allow person to come into a store with a single dog on a leash but another to allow three large dogs to run freely.
