Palmetto Retina Center - NE Columbia

Had an awful experience during my last visit, may need to find another Retina center, Dr. Gross did not greet me when enter room, matter of fact, felt like I was invisible, I was concerned about my eye condition and he brushed me off for asking questions as IF WHAT I felt did not matter, showed no compassion NOT sure if it was my skin color. 😢 Almost felt like I was bothering him and he became annoyed. I was just a NOTHING, to him its a job, no heartfelt sorry I'm having this etc.. Just said we talked about this before, wow!! I was hurt! No compassion, sympathy or concerned an no hello WOW!
