I’ve worked with three different orthotics offices in the Midlands and this is, by far, the best. The Lowdown: - calling and scheduling is a breeze - when you call, you get a real person and they’re pretty quick to get you scheduled (like, within a couple weeks as opposed to months and months out). If you leave a voicemail, they’ll call back quickly. - the building is accessible - no steps, easy in and out, plenty of seating, enough parking and a pretty level parking lot (no gravel or anything). There isn’t a waiting room - it’s just one open room with the workshop in the back.
