My husband and I recently took our newborn daughter to see Dr. Deborah Greenhouse for her 48-hour checkup because our originally scheduled appointment was too far out. Unfortunately, our experience left a very bad taste in our mouths. We made it clear from the beginning that we decline vaccinations due to our religious beliefs. We understand that healthcare professionals are encouraged to educate families about the "risks" of not vaccinating, and we were open to respectful conversation. However, the way the discussion was handled felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Dr. Greenhouse stated that she “has to protect her patients from other patients that are not vaccinated,” which immediately made us feel singled out. My granddaughter went for a follow up from being in tgd Children's Hospital. They were open in a Saturday amazing. The staff, doctors, nurses were very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks foe taking care of my granddaughter.

Dr.Bartlett is amazing you can tell she really loves what she does. She’s compassionate and knowledgeable. The team here is awesome my daughter has been coming here since she was born best pediatrician office in Columbia!

I can’t recommend Dr. Greenhouse enough! She got us in immediately after my son was born, even though it was Saturday on Easter weekend, caught his high bilirubin levels early, and made sure we were seen again on Easter Sunday and had everything we needed to bring his levels back down! She and everyone in her office have been amazing. She clearly cares about her patients and provides a level of knowledge and reassurance to the parents that is unmatched.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this clinic. I provided a signed medical release form for my child's records, and they repeatedly claimed they didn’t have it—only to later admit they did. After waiting over a week for my child to be added to the system, they once again lost track of the paperwork and asked me to submit the same documents all over again. There was zero empathy, no apology, and no sense of urgency despite the situation being important for my child’s care. This level of disorganization and poor communication is unacceptable. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who values efficiency and professionalism.
