Our experience at this office during my mom’s pain management procedure was extremely disappointing and completely unprofessional. When we arrived, the front desk receptionist, Taylor, did not greet us at all. Instead, she appeared irritated, slammed the door after unlocking it, and immediately began going back and forth with us about what time we were told to arrive. What made this even more frustrating is that we had already been standing outside for about 15 minutes waiting for the office to open because staff arrived late. This set the tone for the entire visit. When I later asked one of the technicians in the back a simple question about how long my mom’s procedure would take, the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful. We absolutely love this place and these people! My mother has been a patient here since 2014. Dr. Stanislaus is like family, and Michelle, Taylor, Hannah, Raheem, and many others are just great. They are very compassionate and really care about the patients. They are swift with communication and medicine refills. They really make mom feel loved and that means the world to us.

This is one of the best offices I have visited. I have a very stressful work schedule, and Dr. Rejonis was nice enough to see me on his lunch break!!!! The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful, patient, and polite. Would 100% recommend. I am happy to be pain free!

I don't understand the five star rating from others. I Do Not Recommend this pain management office. Some of the staff are nice while others aren't. I would make this place my last alternative! They always have trouble getting my medicine correct. They are open partially on Friday so get your medicine before then. Good luck with getting someone to answer your call. You should Never leave any Doctor's office upset. That's how I feel after most visit. Be weary of any place with a perfect rating. Lies!!! I Would Not Recommend!!!

When I tell you, Doctor Rejoins is one of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, I mean it. He doesn't rush he listens and cares. I would recommend him and accurately everyone i come across there is kind and caring.
