I had the best experience at Palm City Eye Care! Dr. Davis was fantastic and knowledgeable, making me feel totally at ease. But I have to give a special shoutout to Stephanie, who helped me with ordering my contact lenses and truly made the visit exceptional. She really took the time to listen to my needs, explained every option so clearly, and helped me get the best deal possible without any pressure. I never felt like I was being “sold” anything, just genuinely guided toward what was best for my eyes. This was completely different from any experience I’ve had ordering contacts before, and I’ve been to a LOT of eye doctors. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Palm City Eye Care!

I chose this office based on their high rating and because they accept my insurance. I came in September 2025 for an eye infection and my annual contact lens exam. The doctor and staff were friendly and knowledgeable, my infection was resolved quickly, and the office is clean, modern, and well organized. The eye exam itself was efficient, all of my questions were answered, and wait times were very reasonable. The issues began shortly after the visit. In September, I was told my contact lens trials would take longer due to my prescription, which I understood. However, by late October 2025 (over six weeks later), I had received no call or email regarding my contacts. My first experience with them was pleasant but when I called today 02/06/2026 I spoke with two separate ladies who gave nothing but attitude over the phone. All they wanted to know was did I want to schedule an appointment or not. No assistance but plenty of attitude and this behavior should not be tolerated when calling in for information. My initial call in was to see if they could pull up my insurance to see if I was qualified or not to receive another pair of glasses with them. The young lady told me with GREAT attitude mind you “ WE ARE NOT AN INSURANCE COMPANY & you have to call them”. Thanks for stating the obvious Sherlock Holmes! We are so grateful to Dr. Jason and his team for getting us in right away when my daughter developed a concerning spot on her eye. From the moment we walked in, we felt very taken care of and at ease. Dr. Jason was incredibly patient and kind, especially since this was my daughter’s very first eye exam. He made her feel comfortable and safe in what could have been a scary experience for her. I can’t thank him enough for the care and reassurance he gave both of us. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Davis was incredibly nice and professional. He was very thorough and kind. I was very impressed with the state of the art eye exam equipment. Dr. Davis took time to explain the results of the eye exam and go over the contact lens strengths. The office staff is pleasant and Mary was extremely nice and handled my eye glass selection. What a great experience, I highly recommend Palm City Eye Care!
