I unfortunately have a few Doctors, my health requires specialists. Though Dr. Hunt has returned to OR care, he, Rachel and everyone from check in to check out are so incredibly kind and caring and patient with me :) Having been an RN long ago, I see the medical field from 2 perspectives, not many have that advantage when it comes to advocating their care and needs. Rachel is patient, understanding, listens (which is a priceless value) I am thankful that I was referred to this clinic and care team by one of my specialist!

I love the care Rachel gives me. I've only seen Dr. Brown for a RF. He was great as well. I appreciated him coming into the procedure room and introducing himself.

Dr. Keith Brown was professional and polite. He spoke to me as new physician and reminded me of reason I received medicine thru there client. And I told him I would do as policy states. Very nice and put my mind at ease.

Dr Brown is the most rude doctor ive ever been in contact with. He is blatantly judgemental and interrupts you when you try to speak. Hes also a liar and wont show paperwork when he tells his lies because he knows hes wrong and LYING.. most awful experience ive ever had in a medical setting. He hurt my feelings and did not care. He DOES NOT care about his patients. Only his precious license. He should NOT be in Healthcare.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. James Hunt and Rachel McCrary. They have both been absolutely wonderful to me. Dr. Hunt is not only knowledgeable and skilled, but he also truly listens and takes the time to understand my needs and concerns. Rachel is so kind, caring, and compassionate… She goes above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable and supported. Together, they make an incredible team. I always feel respected, heard, and cared for when I’m in their office. I’m so thankful for the level of care, professionalism, and compassion they provide. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a pain doctor who truly treats their patients like family. The whole staff here is amazing!
