Do not agree with all 5 star reviews from personal experiences. Dr. Neal is knowledgeable. The environment is cold in spirit and unwelcoming! Jamie is manipulative with the cost and purchase of vision wear. There is no greet upon entrance of clinic. Everyone is off-putting. Not going back. From experience, do and will not recommend.

My family has been coming to Family Eye Clinic for several years now, and we love it. Dr. Kristin Law has been straightforward and helpful with our exams. She was the first doctor that REALLY listened to me about my issues with contacts, and she worked with me with several different kinds to get me in the perfect multifocals. The rest of the staff have been great as well. Getting glasses adjusted, spare contacts, and answering questions whenever we needed help.

Dr. Neal at Family Eye Clinic is so good at what he does. I have extreme dry eye and I have to go in for at least three check ups and change my lenses out of the frames I have purchased from the wide assortment they have of women, men’s, kids and baby glasses. I have been going here a long time and I would not change my optometrist unless Dr. Neal had to refer me to an Ophthalmologist. The staff has been there forever and are all so personable and sweet. They get you in quickly, but they do not rush you out and they answer questions and they make sure everything is taken care of before you walk out of their office.
