Miracle-Ear Center

When looking for a hearing specialist, my first concern was location. I live in a neighboring town and was looking for a convenient, easy-to-get-to location. I knew that I'd be making several trips and didn't want traffic concerns. From the moment I first walked into the JFK location, I knew I'd made the right decision. McKay welcomed me and made me comfortable while I waited for Jenny to do my exam. I can't say enough about the care and expertise that Jenny demonstrated with her knowledge of her product and her desire to satisfy my hearing needs. I recommend Jenny and McKay to anyone needing to purchase a hearing aid.

Miracle ear cared about my hearing. I had not realized just how bad my hearing had got but the nice & friendly staff & my Dr. is Dr. Simmons she has literally changed my quality of life for the better. I had no idea just how many things I was missing n conversation & get togethers I found myself shaking my head a lot with no Input of my on because I wasn’t hearing the conversation. I highly recommend giving Miracle Ear on JFK a shot at giving you better quality of life. They r wonderful people that really care about u!

Another post to my continuing blog at my Miracle-Ear Center Monday the 7th of July and another trip to the North Little Rock office and as always, it was fun. Jenny had scheduled my 93 year old mother for a checkup but her health took a turn for the worse so Jenny had some extra time to update my hearing aids and really check my hearing. My wife and I always feel right at home coming here. Today we got to meet a new front office manager who was very friendly when I walked in. Our stop was way to short because between Sally (my wife) and Jenny I think they could chat for multiple hours. Nice having a hearing specialist who really seems like one of the family. Thanks again for the check-up and "Happy Dance Happy Dance" all the way to the car. ;<) ===========================================

My appointment today on 8/13/24 was the best I ever had since I've been wearing my hearing aids. Lisa Leanna was my hearing specialist. She spent quality time with me getting my hearing aids tuned up. Thank you, Lisa! I'll be able to hear my grandchildren and those around me much clearer. ❤️

Jenny and McKay are amazing! They work with you and help anyway they can. I am extremely satisfied and happy with my hearing aides. Will definitely recommend to anyone to go see them!
