Pain Management Centers Of America - New Albany, IN

Dr doesn't listen to there patient. Does nothing for pain. Takes medication away when it didn't help. Causes you to go up to a week with out medication. Refuses to listen when trying to explain what your going thru. Cost insurance over $700 for each visit and they do absolutely nothing. Worst place I've ever seen. So sad why cant people get help with there pain.

I show up for my appointment at 3:30 today the entire office has been changed taken over by a different company I had no idea that they had been bought out in this one area well at least that's what they say so I'm completely out of my medication then I drive to the New Albany office and find out they're not going to be in until next Friday. So I feel like this is some sort of sham

I have 2 not 1 but 2 torn shoulders and a back injury. The back injury was from 07 the Dr could not ever understand the pain I was in. Wasted time no help. They just take insurance card cash in and don't help with pain.

I had been to multiple pain management centers and finally I’m getting relief and my quality of life back as much as my body will let me. Prior to coming here I was confined to a lift chair most of the time. Now I can go outside and do other things since my pain is under control most of the time.

I would give no stars if possible...All they did was keep giving pain meds that I keep telling them I would take as it didn't help and then they were trying to double bill my insurance
