Absolutely EXCELLENT customer service!!! Dr. Frederick and his team had so much patience with me during the process of getting my bridge. And 10 stars goes to Sidney who came in on a Saturday when my temp bridge fell out. I highly recommend this team!

Attempted to call and establish as a new client today, 1/23/26, at 10:11am. Google states they are open today starting at 8am til 5:30. Received their automated system, selected option 2 for new clients, message stated their office is currently closed and to leave a voice message after the tone and I'd receive a call back by the next business day. No time and the call cuts off. Thought maybe I missed the tone so called back and went through the same process and it did the same thing, no option to leave a message. This provider has a 4.9 star rating with over 600 reviews on Google, which is phenomenal so I had been very excited about hopefully establishing as a new client in hopes to remedy the major dental issues I'm experiencing which are causing issues for me being seen as a state licens

I highly recommend Dr Bradley Frederick and his staff. This was my first visit to River Falls Dental and everyone were very friendly and helpful. They listened to my issues and were very thorough in explaining what I needed to do. I was happy to find Dr Frederick because he had treated me in the past when he practiced at another location

The best dentist office around! What a hidden gem. Extremely nice staff. Doctor Brad is awesome.
