Meijer Pharmacy

I’ve used this pharmacy for years now. First of all, the meijer app and meijer RC app are not the same thing. And the apps are TERRIBLE in general. Secondly the building was made terrible. The drive thru needs to be on the side because of how busy they get. Cars will line up and block an entrance to the physical store and start lining up in the fire lane because where else should they go? Thirdly, they often times tell you the wrong things. My dr called in a prescription and per usual I try to wait a few hours before even inquiring about said medication so they can get the script and fill it or at least know what I’m talking about. One time I called and the dude said “yeah we have the prescription” and then followed it up with “oh, did you need that filled today?” Like yes that’s why it wa

I have gone here for over a year, and visit every month. I am constantly told that my meds will be ready at a certain time on a certain day and when I show up, they are never available. I bring this up every once in awhile (as I'm tired of being told the wrong thing time after time) and I'm always met with some bs response that doesn't explain why I've been told the wrong thing every time I come here. I call before hand (usually twice) to confirm my meds are there and still have to make 2-3 trips because they aren't actually ready. I'm not sure what's going on but this pharmacy is by far the worst I've ever used.

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would. I sent my dad to pick up my meds while I was at work and they had yet to refill my medication! I sent in a request LAST MONDAY (12/15/25) and then my doctor sent ANOTHER ONE that Tuesday (12/16/25)! You’re telling me that it has been over a week and you HAVEN’T filled my prescription. They told my dad that they would refill it and to come back in an hour, so my dad did. He just brought them home and they completely FORGOT one of the most important medications. Like are you SERIOUS?! They also ALWAYS fail to send me a text message, that I have signed up for, telling me my prescription is ready for pickup! It’s really NOT THAT HARD. This place always gives me problems and the line is always FOREVER long. It’s completely unreasonable.

When you finally get to a person they are efficient but you'll wait for 30 minutes before you ever get to them. They need to have people get out of line if their requests are gonna take longer. It is absolutely ridiculous to wait in a drive through line and not move at all for longer than 20 minutes. There are currently 10 cars in line and we still have not moved.

I have been on the same medication for almost 6 years… I got my prescriptions changed to New Albany Meijers from Jeffersonville which obviously was a mistake on my part.. The female Pharmacist that answers likes to go too deep into “if she can fill my medication” it’s a BI WEEKLY MEDICATION. “Well per meijers policy” excuse me ? So you’ll deny medication that’s PRESCRIBED to people due to “policy” & then she was like oh yea I see it’s a 15 day dose… yea.. like I tried to say in the beginning. And then she goes on to say “ well we have to see if the doctor said a specific day” girl my medication was due for a refill over a week ago.. & then tried to argue with me that i can see my remaining refills on MeijerRX, doesn’t matter if it’s a controlled substance it still shows my remaining refill
