Pain Clinics in Virginia Self Pay

My mom, who is in her 60’s, has been trying to get scheduled for over a month. She has called repeatedly, left several messages and has not gotten a phone call back. When her referring doctor contacted Dr. Lee’s office to inquire about the issue, they were told that they could not understand her (because of her accent) and that was the cause for not calling her back. So on top of not returning phone calls, they also discriminate against people with accents and simply dismiss them. Now I don’t even feel comfortable recommending that my mother go there to get the necessary treatment she needs in fear that she will receive poor treatment because they seem to be biased and neglect clients based on their lack of multicultural ethics/knowledge.

I've called 10+ times to get an appointment with Dr. Lee. I've met him and after my pain clinic closed I wanted to see him for my chronic condition. I could never get through nor receive a call back. Dr. Lee's staff does not represent this doctor adequately.

Ever since they got rid of the lady that was at the front deck, it's so much better. The rest of the ladies that work here, they know how to do their job and they actually care
