My experience at this dental office was great from start to finish. Dr. Astorga and his assistant were very warm and welcoming and I felt comfortable right away. The exam was thorough, gentle, and Dr. Astorga took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The office was clean and well organized. This was genuinely one of the best dental experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend Pagosa Peak Family Dentistry to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate dental care.

I went in more nervous than usual, and they turned my worries into a smile that makes people say, “I don’t know what’s different, but WOW!” Dr. Roukema is a true artist — and actually cares! I was a walk in emergency and new to the area. The first person I met was Jordyn, at the front desk, and I started to cry when explaining my problem. She took my hands and with great compassion assured me that they would expeditiously take care of me. From there I met the Dental Hygienist who continued the quality of care with professionalism and compassion. I was in a bad way and can’t remember her name, but top shelf person who made me absolutely made me feel I picked the right. Office. Then I met the Doctor, who continued that quality of care , quickly identifying and taking care of me and my problem,(extraction and infection). Thank you team, I will always feel I’m in great hands.

As someone with severe dental anxiety, Dr. Astorga and the entire team have helped me feel truly comfortable and supported. Everyone from the front desk to the back staff has been incredibly welcoming. I had two wisdom teeth removed today, and the whole procedure was finished in under 40 minutes. It was an amazing experience.
