David came to our home in RSM Ca. He had to take an X-ray of my son’s chest who has severe special needs and is medically fragile. David took the time to explain everything he was going to do and was very gentle with my son. I would highly recommend this company and if the technicians are like David you are in great hands. I have used this company for years and they are so fantastic. Their X-ray techs are the BEST! Especially David. He goes out of the way to find me to make sure all our needs are met before leaving after he has finished with the patients! If I could give ZERO stars I would. Home bound parent was scheduled two days in a row with a much needed chest X-ray to confirm and treat a potential pneumonia. No call returned no call made to state they weren’t coming. Multiple messages left on voicemail and when a live person answered we got cut off! Had we known we would have made other arrangements. Causing delay in care and potentially life threatening situation.
