Dr Jeanna’s practice is excellent! She spends a good amount of time with each patient doing both chiropractic adjustments and massage work to relax the area before being adjusted. She’s was able to identify areas of tightness and misalignment that I didn’t even realize were tight and now are working so much better w more mobility and less stiffness! I’d recommend her, your body will thank you.

I've been struggling with spine trauma since I was a teenager and have had many bodywork professionals help me over 30+ years. Some good and some terrible and a select few exceptional people. My experience at Pacific Coast Kinesiology has been by far one of the outliers as exceptional! Paul Garcia handed off his practice to Dr. Jenna and they didn't skip a beat. As a 20+ years experienced fitness professional I have developed the skills to know how to take care of myself but sometimes I need the professionals to help me heal and that what I receive here at Pacific Coast Kinesiology. Dr Jenna is a very caring and truly listens to her patients. I love that she does muscle testing to see exactly what needs to be worked on. My body responds very well to that type of treatment. I highly recommend her. If anyone is afraid to see a chiropractor then she is the one to see! Very gentle and “crack” adjustment is not her go to method, she does a lot of manual stretching which feels wonderful.

The clinic is clean and relaxing. Dr. Jeanna is most excellent and spends the time needed catered to each patient and does not blow through as many appointments she can get into one working day. It is evident how much she cares for her patients and coworkers. She is results-driven! The front desk is very kind and highly professional. They always greet you with a pleasant smile and hello and put up with my lame jokes, LOL. Deter is the bomb. He knows his trade and the combination of his therapeutic massages and Dr. Jeanna’s tissue work with stretching and adjustments, has relieved my pain and allowed my range of motion to improve…along with my golf game and just getting out of bed without issues I use to have to contend with. Highly recommend!!!

My decision to do business here has been one of the best things I've done for my health. I've had chronic lower back issues since about 2013 and have had flare-ups fairly regularly. Since beginning my sessions here, I've increased my weight training ability and have had more comfort day-to-day. If I weren't moving away from SoCal, I would definitely continue my treatment. Dr. Jenna and Diter have been absolutely fantastic, they showed me that they really just want to help you resolve the issues that you present. I'm completely satisfied with the high-quality care here and the kindness they've shown.
