Definitely 5 stars! I took my son in for a consultation and right from the beginning they made us feel welcome and at ease. Hailey greeted us and also did a great job getting the tooth pictures needed, and helped my son feel comfortable during all of it. The whole environment is wonderful and geared to a good patient experience. When we met Dr Olsen he was very kind and great with my son. He explained everything very well and helped us understand why treatment was needed. We got started with a digital scan of his mouth and will have everything ready to start treatment in a week. Overall we were very impressed with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Olsen orthodontics to our friends and family.

We’ve had two kids go through braces with Dr. Olsen and we couldn’t be more pleased. Their smiles are perfect. Dr. Olsen always explains the treatment plan thoroughly, checks in with the patients to make sure they are happy with the plan, and at the end, with the results. The office staff is so welcoming and friendly. They also do their best to stay on schedule and not leaving patients waiting long! Highly recommend!

Dr. Olsen and his team are great! Kind trustworthy, professional and caring! After having a rough experience with another orthodontist I was uneasy at first, but Dr Olsen was so kind and more than happy to help me and meet my requests without having to go through crazy amount of work on my mouth. My teeth and smile look amazing! 10/10 recommend!!!

Dr. Olsen and his staff could not have been more warm and welcoming. He was absolutely wonderful with my kids and spent a lot of time explaining the next steps with us. It is very clear that he is an expert and has only our son’s best interest in mind. We were very impressed by the technology, and my son is actually looking forward to his next visit. Dr. Olsen is one of the most intentional healthcare providers that I’ve ever known! His expertise extends far past that of his trade. He is also a specialist in creating deep personal connections with his clients- he’s invested in their successes as people!
