Dr. Kormas and her colleagues, including the CRNA, the tech and the PA, were a fabulous medical team that made the colonoscopy prep the day before a long forgotten memory. I went in knowing I was in good hands and came out of the procedure feeling both physically and emotionally comfortable. Dr. Kormas took care to explain the results immediately afterwards and I left knowing that I had been in the best of hands. This is the team to beat!!

Absolute joke!!!!!!! Seen a doctor that was filling in for my normal doctor, worse doctor ive seen. My normal doctor is freaking amazing !!!! Had some test done, called 4 times, sent portal messages no one calls you back. Finally after like 2 plus weeks i get a portal message telling me to schedule an appointment. I went there on my day off to try to schedule an appointment since i started having some new symptoms. The lady at the front desk is rude!!!!(I interrupted her sudko game) I work in a docror's office, if we talked to patients with that attitude - wouldnt have a job!!!! All I wanted was to schedule an appointment to discuss some things with a different doctor. Get told we can not schedule. We are booked until beginning of November and we can not add to the schedule. Well guess

I am giving 2 stars only because the doctor I met with was wonderful, and I would give her 5 stars if I was only rating her and her nurse. Today was my first appointment there and as impressed as I was with Dr. Kormis, I am seriously considering canceling my scheduled procedures and future care due to rude and unprofessional office staff. The fact that I now see so many other negative reviews for the same exact reason makes me think this practice must not value their patients to allow them to continue being treated this way. I was in such high spirits and filled with hope after meeting with the doctor, only to be treated so poorly by staff upon leaving. If so many people have complained, why is it still happening?

Doctor Furlong was great, however his red haired receptionist was an absolute joke. I couldn’t get her name, but she blamed me for not providing information that they never even inquired specifically about. She talked to me like I was some stupid kid, slapped my receipt on the desk like an upset teacher, and was just overall miserable. I also saw this receptionist on her phone while checking in and checking out. As I said, the doctors, and nursing staff are great and provide excellent care. You just have to get past the red haired grumpy pants receptionist at the front.
