I'm a very strict and picky person myself, but I have to give this dentist clinic justice because based on my personal experience, it's pretty good. Dr. Chang was very patient and meticulous. It's not that fancy type of clinic that has a fish tank, but for a clinic that accepts medicaid, it is definitely a decent enough place to get teeth work done.

Unless you speak Spanish, customer service is not a strong point. The four (4) receptionists seemed more inclined to engage each other than acknowledge patients as they came in or call to confirm appointments. Matters don't necessarily improve once you manage to get their attention. Without preamble, the assistants point at you to convey that you should sterilize your hands, sit there, etc and then start shoving tools in your mouth...zero explanation of what's going on. Apart from the waiting room, it looks as though the office were put together overnight. When I saw the dentist on a separate visit it was great--she explained everything that needed to be done and had a good "bedside manner"-- though by that time it was difficult to trust that a business that struggled in managing day-to-

They are the worst. They will tell you one thing in the office and do something completely different once you leave. If you do not speak Spanish, don’t even bother going unless you only getting a cleaning. And if I’m being honest, I wouldn’t get anything done here. While she was taking my X-rays, she was touching door handles and the equipment then using the same gloves to adjust my mouth piece used for the X-ray. Stay away from this practice!!!

I recently visited P &R dental office and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with a Dr. Pallermo(?). She seemed very rushed, which resulted in water squirting all over my and my husband's shirts during our back-to-back appointments. I had to stop her several times during my cleaning to ask her to be careful because she was spraying my hair and face with water. While I have insurance, my husband was a cash pay patient, and we both felt that the service, particularly her bedside manner, was lacking. I'm sure she is skilled, but my experience was subpar and I just expected the basics. The office itself is extremely clean, tidy, and spotlessly white, and the front desk and support staff were amazing. I chose this dentist because of previous positive experiences, but my usual dentis

I was concerned upon arrival as the clientele was abusive, and I had never visited a medical specialist in this part of the city. I was finally seen about 45 minutes to an hour after my scheduled 1pm appointment. I'm not sure if this is normal or if the office overlooks appointments. The medical staff was friendly and efficient. Received useful information from the doctor.
